Molded Tuna Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (7 oz.) cans tuna
2 eggs, hard-boiled and chopped
1/2 c. stuffed green olives, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1 1/2 pkg. unflavored gelatin
1/3 c. cold water
1 c. salad dressing
1 c. sour cream
1 Tbsp. onion, minced
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. parsley, minced
Preparation

Drain tuna; flake.
Combine with olives, celery and eggs. Soften gelatin in water and dissolve over hot water.
Stir in salad dressing.
Add sour cream, onion, salt, lemon juice and parsley.
Combine with tuna mixture.
Spoon into 1-quart mold and chill until firm.
