Southern Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears
    3 c. cooked and coarsely chopped turkey or chicken
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
    1/2 can water (I use milk)
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. curry powder
Preparation
    Cook broccoli; drain and arrange in a greased casserole. Place chicken or turkey over broccoli.
    Combine soup, water, mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry powder in a small bowl.
    Mix well.
    Pour sauce over chicken.
    Top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 or 25 minutes or until bubbly.
