Bacon Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bacon
    1 medium pkg. bread stuffing
    1 egg
Preparation
    Cut each bacon slice into 3 short pieces.
    Mix stuffing mix as directed on package.
    Beat egg and add to stuffing.
    Put about 1 teaspoon stuffing on each piece of bacon.
    Roll up and secure with toothpick.
    Place on rack in pan.
    Bake about 8 minutes on each side, turning once, in 425\u00b0 oven.
