Snickerdoodle Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shortening
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 3/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix shortening, sugar and eggs.
    Blend in flour, cream of tartar and salt.
    Stir well.
    Shape dough in 1-inch balls and roll into sugar and cinnamon mix.
    Place 2-inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
