Texas Sheath Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 c. margarine
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1 c. water
1/2 c. sour milk
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Prepare batter by mixing flour with sugar in large bowl. Bring margarine, cocoa and water to rapid boil.
Immediately pour over flour mixture and mix well.
Add sour milk, eggs, cinnamon, soda and vanilla.
Pour into greased 17 x 11-inch sheet pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Prepare frosting.
