Pineapple-Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

1 (20 oz.) can chunk pineapple
1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. plain flour
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. melted butter
1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
Preparation

Drain pineapple; save juice.
Mix sugar, flour and 3 tablespoons pineapple juice.
Mix with the pineapple chunks and cheese.
Mix butter with cracker crumbs and spread over top.
Bake for 20 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
