Yummy Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/4 c. melted margarine
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    1 finely chopped small onion
    1 1/2 c. grated cheese
    8 medium red potatoes
    1 bay leaf
    1/2 c. grated cheese
    1/2 c. crushed potato chips
Preparation
    Mix together first 7 ingredients.
    Cook potatoes in salted water with bay leaf.
    Cool.
    When cold, peel and grate coarsely. Mix potatoes with mixture of first 7 ingredients and place in a greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Sprinkle top with mixture of grated cheese and potato chips.
    Bake a few minutes more to melt cheese.
