Lemon Blossom Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg yolks
    2 tsp. grated lemon peel
    1/3 c. lemon juice
    1 c. granulated sugar
    4 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 baked and cooled pie shell
Preparation
    Stir together egg yolks, lemon peel and lemon juice; set aside. In heavy saucepan, mix sugar, cornstarch and salt.
    Gradually stir in boiling water.
    Bring to boil over medium heat, stirring briskly.
    Continue to stir and cook until clear, smooth and thick, about 3 minutes.
    Carefully stir in egg and lemon mixture.
    Boil, stirring about 2 minutes.
    Remove from heat, stir in butter and cool 5 minutes.
