Breakfast Raisin-Banana Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. nonfat cream cheese, softened
    2 tsp. honey
    grated peel of 1/2 orange
    4 (8-inch) flour tortillas
    2 medium bananas, sliced
    1/2 c. raisins
Preparation
    In a bowl, beat cream cheese, honey and peel.
    For each sandwich, spread 1 side of tortilla with 2 tablespoons cheese mixture. Cover with half of 1 sliced banana and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons raisins. Roll tortilla up tightly. Cut in half to serve. Repeat to make 3 more sandwiches.
    Sandwiches can be made up to 12 hours in advance, wrapped tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerated.
    Makes 4 servings.
