Dressing For Endive - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. vinegar
1 c. water
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
browned bacon, chopped
Preparation

Beat eggs; add vinegar and water.
Blend sugar and cornstarch. Add to eggs, vinegar and water.
Add browned bacon.
Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Pour over cleaned endive. Can also be used over lettuce.
