Arkansas Hot Dills - cooking recipe
Ingredients

40 medium cucumbers
2 qt. water
dill and garlic
approximately 18 hot peppers
1 qt. cider vinegar
1 c. plain salt (not iodized)
6 cloves
Preparation

In quart jars, put fresh dill or 2 teaspoons dill seed.
Pack 1/2 full of cucumbers.
Add 1 clove garlic and 3 hot peppers. Complete packing jars with cucumbers.
