Italian Cream Cake With Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick oleo
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    1 c. sour milk or buttermilk
    1 c. chopped pecans (should be finely chopped)
    1/2 c. Crisco
    5 egg yolks
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
    5 egg whites, beaten stiff
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. coconut
Preparation
    Cream oleo and Crisco.
    Add sugar, egg yolks, flour and soda to creamed mixture.
    Add milk.
    Stir in vanilla, coconut and chopped pecans.
    Fold in egg whites.
    Use 3 (9-inch) round pans (greased).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
