Violet Leigh'S Chopped Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 8 lb. pork shoulder
    onion powder
    paprika
    garlic powder
    brown sugar
    white vinegar
    2 to 3 bottles Heinz barbecue sauce (onion, Hawaiian-spicy or regular)
    black pepper
    lemon sugar
Preparation
    Wash pork shoulder by rubbing it vigorously with vinegar.
    Pat it dry with a paper towel.
    Saturate meat with all spices.
    Pour a capful of lemon juice and rub it into the meat also.
    Spices can marinate 2 to 3 hours or overnight.
    If using a crock-pot (highly recommended) put the setting on high for 1/2 hour with bottom layered with barbecue sauce.
    Put shoulder in pot; cover.
