Poppy Seed Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, boiled and deboned
    1 (16 oz.) sour cream
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    2 Tbsp. poppy seed
    2 rolls Ritz crackers
    1 stick margarine, melted
Preparation
    Crush 1/2 crackers and layer in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Put 1/2 chicken on crackers.
    Mix together sour cream, soup and poppy seed.
    Put 1/2 of this mixture on top of the chicken.
    Now add the remaining 1/2 of the chicken.
    Add the remaining 1/2 of the soup mixture.
    Crush the other half of the crackers and place on top of the casserole.
    Pour melted margarine over top and bake at 350\u00b0 until golden.
