Bean Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. kidney beans
    2 c. wax beans
    2 c. green beans
    2 c. black-eyed peas
    2 c. green lima beans
    1 onion, sliced
    1/2 c. wine vinegar
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. oil
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. tarragon
    1/2 tsp. basil
Preparation
    Cook vinegar and seasonings together for 3 minutes and pour over cooked beans.
