Lemon Cream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lemons
2 Tbsp. cornstarch or 3 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs, separated
2 c. boiling water
1 tsp. butter
pinch of salt
pie shell, baked
Preparation

Squeeze juice from lemons.
Mix lemon juice, cornstarch, sugar, egg yolks, butter and salt, then add boiling water.
Cook in double boiler until thick like honey.
When mixture is cool, pour into baked pie shell and cover with meringue.
