Southwest Chicken Breasts(Serves 4) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. olive oil
    2 limes (juice only)
    1/4 c. balsamic vinegar
    1 tsp. Dijon mustard
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1/4 c. cilantro, chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
Preparation
    Combine oil, lime juice, balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, garlic, cilantro, salt and pepper in a bowl.
    Marinate chicken at least 1 hour.
    Grill or broil chicken breasts until done, basting with marinade.
