Corn Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg yolks, beaten
    1 1/2 c. fresh grated corn
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 egg whites, beaten stiff
Preparation
    Preheat lightly greased skillet.
    Combine egg yolks, corn, flour and salt; mix well.
    Fold egg whites into your mixture.
    Drop heaping tablespoonfuls of batter into skillet.
    Cook over low heat 2 to 3 minutes on each side until lightly browned.
