Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
    3 eggs
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 tsp. ground nutmeg
    2 tsp. vanilla extract
    3 c. chopped firm apples
Preparation
    Combine sugar and vegetable oil in large bowl; stir to mix well.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Combine dry ingredients; stir into the oil mixture.
    Add vanilla and chopped apples; mix well.
    Spoon batter into greased 10-inch tube pan and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours or until cake tests done.
