Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 medium potatoes
    1 roll jalapeno cheese
    1 roll garlic cheese
    bell pepper
    onion
    1 c. milk
    pimento
Preparation
    Cook potatoes; saute onion and bell pepper in butter.
    Set aside.
    In a double boiler put cheese and let melt.
    Add onion, pepper, milk and pimento.
    Let cook until mixed well.
    Pour over potatoes; mix lightly.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 20 to 30 minutes.
