Sparkling Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) carton small whole mushrooms
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. dried rosemary
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. champagne or sparkling wine
garnish: chopped fresh parsley
Preparation

Cook mushrooms in olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat, stirring constantly, 1 to 2 minutes.
Add rosemary, salt and pepper.
Cook 1 minute.
Stir in champagne; reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.
Garnish, if desired.
Yields 2 servings.
