Curry Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. mayonnaise (add last, you may need less)
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 rounded Tbsp. curry powder
    3 c. white chicken meat, cooked
    1 1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 (6 oz.) can water chestnuts
    2 c. white grapes (cut in half)
    1 lb. can pineapple chunks, well drained
    1/2 c. almonds
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and let stand for about 1 hour (in refrigerator) before serving on lettuce.
