Louisiana Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. mashed potatoes
    2/3 c. sugar
    3/4 c. Pet milk, scalded
    2 egg, well beaten
    3 Tbsp. flour (self-rising)
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 dash salt
    2 pie shells
Preparation
    Cut sweet potatoes into large cubes.
    Boil until tender.
    Mash potatoes in a large bowl; add all ingredients, scalded Pet milk last.
    Let this cool.
    Fill pie shell not completely full but over half full.
    Cook at 375\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
