Shortcut Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. lean ground beef or 1/2 lb. sausage, 1/2 ground beef
1 c. chopped onion
3 cloves garlic, minced
4 c. tomato juice
1 (16 oz.) can tomato paste
1/2 lb. mushrooms
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. oregano
1 (8 oz.) pkg. lasagna noodles
1 lb. Ricotta cheese
1 1/2 c. grated Parmesan and Romano cheeses
2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
minced parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
-
Brown meat with onion and garlic in large saucepan.
Stir in tomato juice, tomato paste, mushrooms, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, parsley flakes and oregano.
Simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally, mixture should be saucy.
