Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking powder
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 c. salad oil
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. raw carrots, grated
    1 c. crushed pineapple
    1/2 c. pecans
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients together.
    Beat eggs, salad oil and vanilla together.
    Add dry ingredients, then carrots, pineapple and nuts.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 35 minutes.
