Chicken Tetrazzini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 stalk celery
    2 c. cooked chicken in bite-size pieces
    2 1/2 c. chicken broth
    1 1/2 c. broken uncooked spaghetti
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms (optional)
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Saute onion and celery in butter.
    Add remaining ingredients in order, mixing well.
    Continue cooking in skillet on top of stove over low/medium heat until spaghetti is tender.
    Serve with cheese on top; garnish with paprika and parsley, if desired.
