Blueberry Nut Crunch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (No. 2 1/2) can crushed pineapple
3 c. fresh or frozen blueberries
3/4 c. sugar
1 box (2-layer) yellow cake mix
1 stick melted butter or margarine
1 c. chopped pecans
1/4 c. sugar
Preparation

Lightly grease 9 x 13-inch baking pan and spread the undrained crushed pineapple over bottom of pan.
Add blueberries, then sugar. Sprinkle cake mix, then drizzle the melted butter over the cake mix.
Top with pecans.
Finally, for a crunch glaze, sprinkle remaining 1/4 cup sugar on top.
Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 35 to 40 minutes or until cake mix is done.
After cake has cooked about 25 minutes, cut down into cake with spoon to permit juice to come up through cake.
