Cheese Blintz - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 loaves thin Sunbeam bread
    1 lb. cream cheese, room temperature
    2 egg yolks
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 sticks butter, melted
    cinnamon sugar
Preparation
    Cut crust off bread and roll out thin with rolling pin.
    Mix cream cheese, egg yolks and sugar.
    Spread on bread.
    Roll up bread.
    Coat with butter.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
    Freeze. To serve:
    Cut in half.
    Cook frozen at 300\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes or until warm.
    Serve warm.
