Ingredients

16 small slices egg bread
1 c. almond paste
1/2 c. raspberry preserves
3 eggs
3 egg yolks
3/4 c. milk
2 tsp. unsalted butter
confectioners sugar
Preparation

Slice bread into slices.
Spread half with 1 tablespoon almond paste.
Spread remaining half generously with raspberry preserves and make sandwiches.
