Ingredients

24 oz. packaged coconut
16 oz. sour cream
2 c. sugar
8 oz. whipped cream
white cake mix
Preparation

Bake a two layer white cake. Cool and split into 4 layers. Mix the coconut, sour cream and sugar.
(Set aside 1 cup of this mixture.)
Spread main mixture onto layer of cake.
Mix the one remaining cup with the whipped cream.
Ice cake. Refrigerate for 24 hours.
