Deep Fried Turkey - cooking recipe

1 domestic turkey
1/2 lb. Tony's seasoning
peanut oil
Preparation

Use pot big enough to hold turkey.
Cut leg joints to blend. Use 1/2 pound Tony's seasoning per turkey.
Cover whole turkey with seasoning and refrigerate overnight.
Use enough oil to cover turkey.
Heat oil to 290\u00b0 to 300\u00b0.
Add turkey.
Cook for 3 minutes per pound of turkey plus 15 minutes.
