Low Fat Nachos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 recipe baked corn chips
    2 c. refried beans
    1 1/2 c. plain low-fat yogurt or low-fat sour cream
    1 c. shredded lettuce
    1 c. firmly chopped tomatoes
    1/4 finely chopped avocado
    salsa (taco or hot sauce) as desired
Preparation
    Heat beans in a saucepan.
    Spread corn chips on a serving dish.
    Spoon beans carefully on chips.
    Layer yogurt or sour cream, lettuce, tomatoes and avocado over beans ending with salsa.
