Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. onion, finely chopped
    1/4 c. oil
    1 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. salt
    1 lb. sirloin or round steak, cut in cubes
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can mushroom stems and pieces
Preparation
    Combine flour, salt and pepper; coat meat with flour.
    Brown in hot fat, adding onion, green pepper and mushrooms.
    Drain.
    Add soup; simmer, covered, for 30 minutes.
    Blend in sour cream before serving.
    Serve over rice.
