Borscht(An Easy Way) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (No. 2) cans beets, drained
2 (No. 2) cans chicken broth
1 Tbsp. grated onion
1 tsp. lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. sour cream
1 Tbsp. horseradish
Preparation

Put beets in blender with onion and lemon juice and chicken broth.
Blend until slurpy.
Taste for seasoning and add, if necessary.
If you would like this cold, serve right away.
If you would like a hot soup, heat until just under boiling, then serve. Mix the horseradish and sour cream together and put a dollop on top of each serving.
