Chicken In Pockets(Makes 8 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 fryer chicken quarters or skinless breast halves
    2 medium onions, minced
    24 pimento-stuffed green olives
    8 tsp. olive oil
    2 tsp. oregano
    8 cloves garlic
    8 bay leaves
    4 medium tomatoes or drained canned tomato chunks
    2 tsp. basil
Preparation
    On each of eight squares of aluminum foil, place one piece of cleaned, raw chicken and 1/8 of the other ingredients.
    Place in uncovered roaster and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
