Chocolate Filled Angel Food Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. cocoa
    6 Tbsp. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 pt. whipping cream
    1 large angel food cake
    1 c. blanched almonds
Preparation
    Combine the cocoa, sugar, salt and cream.
    Chill for 1 hour. Whip the chilled mixture.
    Cut a 1-inch layer from the top of the angel food cake.
    Cut out the middle of the cake, leaving walls and bottom about 1-inch thick.
    Fill the cavity with 1/3 of the cream mixture and 1/3 of the almonds.
    Replace the top of the cake.
    Frost with the remaining cake mixture and sprinkle the remaining almonds over the top and sides.
    Chill for 2 to 3 hours before serving.
