Lasagne Florentine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. low-fat Ricotta cheese
    1 egg
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
    1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce with mushrooms or 4 c. homemade spaghetti sauce
    9 uncooked lasagne noodles
    3 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded (3/4 lb.)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    In a medium bowl, combine Ricotta cheese, egg, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder and spinach.
    Mix to blend well.
