Microwave Walnut Penuche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. walnuts (6 oz.), chopped coarse
    2/3 c. butter or margarine
    1 c. packed light brown sugar
    1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    Line an 8-inch square pan with foil, letting foil extend above two sides.
    Grease lightly (I spray with oil).
    Spread nuts in a 9-inch microwave-safe pie plate.
    Microwave on High
    (uncovered) for 6 to 7 minutes, stirring 3 times, until lightly toasted.
