Sweet 'N Sour Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground turkey
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    6 c. shredded cabbage
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can tomato soup
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Saute turkey in skillet until no longer pink.
    Add onion and cook 5 minutes.
    Stir in seasonings.
    Spread 3 cups cabbage in 2-quart baking dish.
    Cover meat mixture and top with remaining 3 cups cabbage. Add brown sugar and vinegar to undiluted tomato soup.
    Pour over top, cover and bake in 350\u00b0
    oven about 1 hour. Serves 4.
