Squash Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. grated squash
    4 tsp. sugar
    2 heaping tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 medium onion, grated
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Beat eggs in deep bowl.
    Add the remaining ingredients.
    Mix well and fry in hot pan with small amount of vegetable oil.
    Add more if needed.
    Use one or more tablespoons mixture for each fritter.
    Keep fritters warm in oven while frying.
    Serve with margarine or can be served with pancake syrup.
