Crab Souffle(Mock) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh crabmeat
    2 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
    4 c. bread cubes
    2 c. homogenized milk
    3 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    breadcrumbs (optional)
Preparation
    Remove crusts from fresh white bread and make cubes.
    Mix all ingredients except breadcrumbs and put into buttered casserole. Sprinkle breadcrumbs over top.
    Bake 1 hour uncovered.
    After the first 1/2 hour of cooking, stir well.
    Casserole provides for 8 people and is good accompanied by spiced peaches.
