Ingredients

1/2 pt. heavy cream
1 c. sugar
2 egg yolks
1 pkg. unflavored gelatin
1 c. orange juice
1/2 c. boiling water
Preparation

Mix sugar, juice and egg yolks; beat with beater.
Mix gelatin with a little cold water, then add boiling water.
Mix all together.
Whip heavy cream and fold into the mixture.
Store in cold place until set.
