Hungarian Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 c. butter
    1 c. white sugar
    1 c. brown sugar
Preparation
    Mix by hand like pie crust then take out 1 1/2 cups for top of cake.
    Set aside.
    Add to mixture left; 1/2 teaspoon baking soda in 1 cup of buttermilk or sour milk.
    Pour batter into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Add nutmeg and cinnamon to crumbs; add to top of cake.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
