Jewish Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1/4 c. orange juice
1 c. cooking oil
2 1/2 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
1 c. chopped nuts
3 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. very thinly sliced apples
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 tsp. sugar
Preparation

Beat together sugar, eggs, oil, juice and vanilla at high speed for 10 minutes.
Next, blend in flour, baking powder and salt, a little at a time, after these have been sifted together. Stir in nuts.
