Plum Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. Wesson or other oil
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. cloves
    2 small jars baby strained plums
    1 c. chopped nuts
    4 eggs
Preparation
    Grease and flour tube pan.
    Mix oil and sugar, then add eggs one at a time.
    Sift dry ingredients; add plums and nuts.
    Pour into tube pan and bake at 325\u00b0 for 55 to 75 minutes.
    Test for doneness between those times.
