Heart Healthy Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. 1% milk
    2 c. oats
    3 lb. ground turkey
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. crushed garlic
    1 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. chili powder
    1 c. chopped onion
Preparation
    Mix milk and oats.
    Add turkey, eggs, garlic, pepper, chili powder and chopped onion.
    Form into meat loaf.
    Place in baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 1 1/2 hours until done.
