Rice Pilaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) box Near East rice pilaf
    2 c. grated Cheddar
    1/2 c. sliced black olives
    1 chopped onion
    1 c. sliced mushrooms (fresh or canned)
    1 lb. ground meat, venison or ground sausage
Preparation
    Brown meat and drain.
    Cook package of pilaf as per box instructions.
    In large casserole dish mix all ingredients and level out in casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
