Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. white corn syrup
    1 c. dark brown sugar
    1/3 c. melted margarine
    1 c. pecans
    3 eggs, beaten
    dash of vanilla
    pinch of salt
    9-inch pastry pie shell
    whipped cream or ice cream (optional)
Preparation
    Combine first 7 ingredients in mixing bowl.
    Mix well.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
    When cool, top with whipped cream or ice cream, if desired.
