Cranberry-Orange Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. fresh cranberries
2 c. sugar
1 c. orange juice
1/2 c. finely chopped orange rind
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cardamon
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in heavy saucepan.
Stir well and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and stirring occasionally, simmer 10 minutes or until cranberry skins pop.
Remove from heat and let cool before transferring to serving bowl.
Chill thoroughly. Yields 4 cups.
