Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 or 2 c. sweet potatoes
2/3 c. brown sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. allspice
1 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 unbaked pie shell

Preparation

Mix all together and put in pie shell. Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
